B2B Outbound /Inbound Caller is responsible for customer communications to promote and sell premium cigars.
Contact prospective customers from approved list by telephone or email

Use product knowledge to showcase the promotions being offered
•
Use Business Intelligence tools to track progress with new prospects
•
Report performance against weekly sales goals and objectives to Manager
•
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to discuss business needs and goals
•
Solicit tobacco related orders to maintain adequately supplied Santa Clara inventory in all accounts
•
Introduce new brands, sizes and packing to all accounts and customer contacts made
•
Develop and maintain business relationships with B2B customers
•
Quote prices to B2B customers, evaluate profits & margins, up sell, provide excellentcustomer service, process orders
•
Prepare daily business recap of contacts/transactions made for manager’s review
3+ years of Direct Sales Experience
•Strong organizational skills and time management skills
•Proficient with MS office and Outlook applications. Salesforce, AS400,Five9 is a plus
•Strong work-ethic and flexibility to balance company and client business needs
•Solution-oriented
•Exceptional interpersonal skills•Cigar knowledge and experience a plus
